2. Services Description

Sycontec provides AI engineering services including but not limited to:

• AI strategy and roadmapping
• Enterprise AI engineering and development
• Multi-agent system orchestration
• AI model deployment and scaling
• AI red teaming and security assessment
• Custom AI solution development

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary methodologies shared by Sycontec
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their use of our services
• Provide timely feedback and approvals as required for project progression

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our methodologies, frameworks, and proprietary tools remain with Sycontec. Custom solutions developed specifically for clients will be governed by separate project agreements. Clients retain ownership of their data and any custom AI models developed exclusively for their use.

5. Confidentiality

Sycontec maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information, data, and business processes. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect client information and will not disclose confidential information to third parties without explicit written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sycontec's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Service Level Agreements

Specific service level agreements, project timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in individual project contracts. We strive to deliver projects within agreed timelines and maintain high-quality standards in all our AI engineering solutions.

8. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, payments are due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in project contracts.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in individual project agreements. Upon termination, clients remain responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Sycontec Ventures LLP is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

11. Changes to Terms

Sycontec reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
